We are interested in the development of new synthetic methodologies using chiral catalysts to generate a variety of organic building blocks.
Natural Products Synthesis
We also focus on the development of general tactics and strategies for the synthesis of bioacitve natural products and its derivatives that have possible applications in medicinal chemistry.
Functional Organic Materials
We synthesize various unnatural small organic molecules, which could be used for collaborative research in the areas of electronic, nano and biochemistry.
